brings together a team of old salts with vast experience in the world of yachting to offer tailor-made solutions in marine engineering, project and refit management and storage. The Crew Placement division offers a professional, honest and fast service.

The People

Patrick Griffith has spent 25 years working as a yacht captain in and around Palma de Mallorca. He has gained a vast local knowledge in the marine industry and has developed strong working relationships with the local shipyards, classification societies and local sub-contractors which means he has that indispensible, 'must-have' knowledge of how to get things done around here. Now shore-based, he can project manage complete or part refit work and is a reliable back-up for any captain who wants to take leave whilst in Palma.

David Crockard's CV is extensive and impressive. His most recent position was with Ocean Cloud (MY Bakhshish) as Shore Engineer, before that, as Service Director (17 years) for Turner Diesel Ltd (Glasgow) he worked worldwide, for the MOD in the Falkland Islands, MOD.N. on various ships, MOD.RAF. power generation and ground support. Also on motor yachts worldwide emergency response, re-powering, survey and refurbishment projects. You can safely say he knows marine engineering inside-out.

Amanda Thompson has spent the past 20 years as a stewardess onboard various private yachts. The past six years were spent as Chief Stewardess onboard a 53m superyacht. She understands everything to do with the running of a boat and how important it is that crew suit the yacht, the owners, the captain and the rest of the crew which is hugely important whether you are looking for work, or looking for crew. She is a no-nonsense, trustworthy person who will match the right person for the right position.

Marine Engineering

All types of marine engineering can be arranged and supervised, either onboard or in our extensive workshops.

Project and Refit Management

We can arrange and manage a complete refit or project manage while the captain takes leave. Our storage facilities mean we can remove all unwanted clutter while refitting.

yacht Storage mallorca

Our 400 sq. mt. warehouse can safely accommodate jet skis and tender, with workshop facilities for service and repair. We have a 2000 kg forklift in the warehouse.
